I'm interested in observing software repositories and measuring how developers live their lives with the hope that could help
understand and control large complex software systems.
Also, I'm working on MIDDLEWARE, in particular, middleware construction and adaptive middleware managemment. Over the last decade we have built and later merged an application server with JOnAS(http://jonas.ow2.org). I'm still looking for the best practice in this field.
