The mid-term assessment of NSFC major program on"software development methodology based on Internet-based collective intelligence" led by Prof. Hong Mei is hold in Peking University on 25 December 2019. This program is conducted by five groups from different universities in China. They are Peking University group (led by PKU-SEI member Asso. Prof. Wei Zhang), National University of Defense Technology group, Nanjing University group, Beijing Institute of Technology group, and Beihang University group.

After listening to the research reports and watching the demonstrations of the research achievement, the assessment committee highly evaluated the project. They committee members agreed that this program is carried out successfully according to its research plan, has got distinctive research achievement. The program has been graded as A (Excellent) as the mid-term assessment.
