At the invitation of Prof. Hong Mei, Smelyanskiy Ruslan L., a fellow of the Russian Academy of Sciences and a professor of Moscow State University, visited our institute on November 19, 2015, and gave a speak at tor room 2736 on November 21, 2015 at 23:00 in the Master Forum of EECS, introducing the research situation of information technology in Moscow State University and its achievements in software-defined networking.

He gave a talk titled by Applied Research Center for Computer Networks: Research Directions and Projects to introduce the research situation of ARCCN.

                                Prof.Ruslan Became a Guest Speaker Of EECS

 Prof. Gang Huang introduces the Software Engineering Institute, Associate Professor Cao Donggang introduced the research on virtual clusters, and Dr. Bo An introduced the hybrid cloud project in education. The host and the guest conducted discussions on future cooperation issues and initially determined the cooperation framework.

At 15:00 on November 21, 2015, Professor Ruslan gave a talk at the room 2736, Science Building 2. He introduced the research status of Moscow State University, Computational Mathematics and Cybernetics department and Computer System Lab in the direction of information technology, and gave an in-depth introduction. The latest research results in software-defined networking and other aspects. The famous rostrum was chaired by Prof. Bing Xie, and Prof. Mei Hong, and Prof. Gang Huang attended the forum.

On November 20, 2015, Professor Ruslan and Associate Professor Donggang Cao visited the High Performance Research Center of Tsinghua University and exchanged views with Prof. Guangwen Yang of Tsinghua University.

On November 22, 2015, Prof. Ruslan, Prof. Gang Huang, and Associate Professor Donggang Cao visited the Institute of Information Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and exchanged views with Prof. Jingguo Ge.
