Prof. Zhi Jin, Asso. Prof. Haiyan Zhao and Yanchun Sun from Institute of Software visited Milano, Italy, and attended the IEEE World Congress on Services (IEEE SERVICES 2019), held in July 8-13, 2019 at the Universita' degli Studi di Milano, Italy. The Congress is sponsored by the IEEE Computer Society, and aims to serve as a federation to host several theme topic conferences to explore the deep knowledge space of Services Computing in emerging directions. During the congress, Prof. Sun organized both the Women in Service Computing Workshop and 2019 SERVICES Symposium on Service Computing. 

During the congress, Prof. Zhi Jin reported to IEEE SERVICES Congress Steering Committee about the preparation for the 2020 IEEE World Congress on Services (SERVICES 2020). SERVICES 2020 will be held on October 19-23, 2020 in Beijing. Prof. Hong Mei is the general co-Chair and Prof. Zhi Jin is the Program co-Chair in Chief. And more PKU-SEI members will pay inportant roles in this congress.
