Professor Jinzhi of the School of Computer Science won the 2022 IEEE TCSVC Outstanding Leadership Award

Recently, the IEEE Service Computing Professional Committee (TCSVC) released various awards for 2022, and Professor Jinzhi of the School of Computer Science won the Outstanding Leadership Award from IEEE TCSVC in recognition of his pioneering leadership contributions to services in the field of service computing computing).


Founded in 2003, IEEE Service Computing Professional Committee (TCSVC) is an interdisciplinary academic society that aims to promote the development of scientific research, engineering research and development, standard formulation, teaching system and other aspects in the field of service computing worldwide, covering network services, business services, cloud computing, big data, cognitive computing, edge computing and other service computing related hot research fields, with a history of nearly 20 years.


The IEEE TCSVC Leadership Excellence Award recognizes an individual's outstanding leadership contributions to the service computing community and service computing, as well as leadership and visionary contributions to society as a whole through the promotion and application of service computing technologies. The award ranks first among the five IEEE TCSVC awards, nominated worldwide, and the winners are rigorously judged by a judging panel composed of more than 10 top international scholars. Professor Jin Zhi is an early promoter of service computing research in China, a founding member and current executive member of the Service Computing Committee of the China Computer Federation (CCF), she actively promotes the in-depth cooperation between the CCF Service Computing Committee and IEEE TCSVC, continues to play an important role in IEEE World Congress on Services, and leads Chinese researchers in the field of service computing to show their style on the international stage, forming a significant influence.
